Making her first appearance since announcing her 2nd pregnancy, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton wore an Alexander McQueen coat and a Jane Taylor Millinery Hat joined husband Prince William to greet the Dr Tony Tan President of the Republic of Singapore and his wife Mary at London's Royal Garden Hotel yesterday. 

 The Duchess of Cambridge has kept her second pregnancy very low key, revealing her growing bump for the first time yesterday in Alexander McQueen by Sarah Burton—the designer of her now iconic wedding gown.
